NETs2019 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work.
Full papers or abstracts of all fields of internet studies are invited.
Full paper should be no longer than 15 pages.
Abstract should be around 1-2 pages with 3-10 keywords that reflect the content.
All submitted papers (in DOC) should be written in English.
Each paper will be peer-reviewed. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to pay the conference registration fee. NETs2019 Papers should be submitted to the online submission system (

If you already have an EasyChair account for other conferences, you can use that account to submit.

1. No matter the paper is single-authored or multi-authored, if you would like to have the
    paper published in the conference proceedings, you need to pay registration fee
    US$450 for each paper before January 31, 2019 or US$490 after January 31, 2019. 

2. The discount registration fee for extra participants (not the first participant) of the
    same paper is US$200 per person.

3. The registration fee for non-author participant is US$200 per person.

4. Every registered participant will get one set of conference package, which covers 
    admission to all conference sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, and a copy of
    conference proceedings in CD-ROM format.


Following are two attached forms for NETs2019 registration. 

1. One is for NETs2019 author's registration which charges $450 US dollars. 

2. Another file is for people who want to participate in NETs2019 without presentations 
   which charges $200 US dollars.

Note: The registration fee will not refund in a month before conference date.





Please note the conference is not authorized to assist with the VISA application to Japan. The conference staffs cannot be a guarantor of VISA application. Most conference participants are not Japanese. We can only provide the acceptance/invitation letter which in some cases may assist in the visa application process.
Should your application be denied, the conference cannot change the decision of the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will the conference staffs engage in discussion or correspondence with the Embassy of Japan on behalf of the applicant.
